THIS JOURNEY WILL NEVER STOP

This journey Will Never Stop

MadanMohan Tarun

In spite of mahaataandava of angry nature which left nothing intact in kedarnath , it could not harm the temple. It stands intact and untouched with lord Shiva and his Nandi around the total destruction. This will strengthen the faith and asthaa of people.

The visit to this temple will catch more and more speed in
future and this mountain will enjoy louder voices of HAR...HAR… MAHAADEV from many more mouths of pilgrims.

Human race cannot be defeated ever by creating even thousand times bigger Himalayan tsunami.

History of human race knows and remembers better that it has  been  on its nonstop  journey from centuries to centuries under much more challenges we have faced a few days back in Kedarnath [from 16th june 2013]. This glacier has melted many a times living nothing other than the ice around and the temple itself has remained hidden for more than four hundred years under the ice with the lord ,but it was never damaged as the temple is goddess nature itself which works under the command of the lord who sits here.

His devotees who were taken as to have lost their lives have come out tearing the heavy layers of ice and have created their path to move ahead again and again.

Those who die here, never ever die. They become gaNs of the lord , much more closer to him. They go to the other side of the visible world and come back from the other door with heavenly glow. And the journey continues and the bell of the lord’s temple rings with louder sound assuring everybody that lord was always there, he is always there. And he will always be there take care of his people.

and his devotees continue their journey tirelessly ….

Lord Shiva, the craziest among Hindu Gods

Lord Shiva, the craziest among Hindu Gods

MadanMohan Tarun

Lord shiva is known by many names among his devotees. Shankar, Pashupati, vasukinath, gangadhar, Maheshwar, Chandrashekhar, Bhootesh, Gireesh, Pinaaki, Pramathadhip, Shrikanthha, Ugra, Mahaadev, Viroopakshha, Trilochan, Dhurjati, Smarhar, Rudra, Vyomkesh,  Umapati and many other names , as a whole 48 names. Apart from these he is known among his devotees as Bholenath also.
1.He is extremely eccentric in his way of life.

2. He is the only God who is popular among Sur and ASUR both.

3.He lives on Kailash with his wife Parvati.

4. He is Ardha nareeshwar, half man ,half women.

5. He is the only god who is worshiped in his Linga [Male genital ] form.

6. He rides on ox , known as Nandi.

7. He applies ashes of crematory ground on his whole body.

8. Ghosts [Bhoots] are very close to him.

9.He enjoys Bhanga and dhatoora [hemp and thorn apple]

10. He is pleased with beil -patra. [leafs of wood- apple]

 11.  He wears vasuki naag, the snake who carries this brahmaand on its thousand hoods

13. He uses Trishool as his weapon.

14. He uses damroo as his musical instrument.

15. He is a great dancer but if angry his TAANDAVA dance can create mahaa vinaash, great destruction, which can be unmanageable. It makes whole earth tremble, mountains fall down, trees de rooted,  heavily flooded rivers sweep down everything whatever comes on their way.
Waves of oceans start touching the sky , clouds with endless lightning start roaring in the sound of thousands and thousands of angry loins.

16. He, as a saver of all living beings drank KAALKUT poison which came out while the ocean was being churned. He stopped its flow near his neck which made his neck blue.

17. He is a great husband of his wife. When Sati burnt herself in the ygya –fire at her father’s place , finding her husband Shiva not invited, lord shiva became a destroyer Rudra and destroyed complete ygya of Dakshha and kept moving in whole brahmand carrying the dead body of his wife for long – long time . Finally lord Vishnu cut the dead body of Sati into pieces to release Shiva from his engulfing attachment for his wife.

18.He can give any boon to his devotee caring nothing for its repercussions. He gave boon to his devotee Bhashmasur that the fellow on whose head he will place his palm, will turn into ashes immediately.  Bhashmaasur wanted to examine the genuineness of this boon by keeping his palm on lord shiva’s head itself. Shiva had to flee here and there to save himself. Finally lord Vishnu saved him by playing a trick on Mahishaasur .

19 He is most popular god among Hindus.

20. He is a creator and destroyer both.

Our National Anthem : A Controversial Poem : MadanMohan Tarun

Our  National  Anthem : A Controversial Poem

MadanMohan Tarun

Whenever  I  hear  our  national anthem ‘ jana  gaNa  mana ADHINAAYAK  jai  he, Bhaarat  bhaagya  vidhaataa’ , I don’t  feel  comfortable  as I  am aware  of  the historical  facts  of this  poem.

Basically,  this  poem  was  written  in  1911  by  Ravindranath  Thakur  to  pay honor  to  king  George 5th of  England when India was under British rule. He  visited  India  on 24th of   December 1911.  It  was  sung  by  Ravindranath Thakur on 26th of December 1911 as  his welcome  song.

On  28th  of   December  1911  ‘STATESMAN’  commented –

‘  THE BENGALI POET RAVINDRANATH TAGORE  SUNG  A SONG  COMPOSED  BY HIM  SPECIALLY  TO WELCOME  THE  EMPEROR.’

‘ENGLISHMAN’  commented –

‘ THE PROCEEDING  BEGAN  WITH  THE SINGING BY  RAVINDRANATH  TAGORE  OF  A  SONG SPECIALLY  COMPOSED  BY  HIM IN  HONOR  OF  THE  EMPROR.’

‘ INDIAN’  commented  on  December  29 . 1911 –

‘ WHEN  THE  PROCEEDINGS STARTED  OF INDIAN  NATIONAL  CONGRESS  LEAGUE  ON  WEDNESDAY  27TH DEC. 1911 ,  A  BENGALI  SONG   IN  WELCOME  OF  THE  EMPEROR  WAS SUNG.  A  RESOLUTION  WELCOMING  THE  EMPEROR  AND  EMPRESS  WAS ALSO  ADOPTED’

India  adopted  a  few  stanzas  of  the  same  controversial  poem as  it’s  national anthem  on  24th January  1950.

It  would  have  been  better  if  we   had  adopted  ‘VANDE  MATRAM’ by  Bankimchandra  Chattopadhyaaya  as  our national  anthemwhich  we  accepted only as a national song .

I  invite  you all for  a  discussion.

Jindagee Chhotee Naheen Hotee MadanMohan Tarun

Shikhar - Mantra -MadanMohan Tarun
